Ultrasonic welding horn is the general name for the ultrasonic transmitter and is an indispensable part of ultrasonic welding equipment. Its function is to couple the ultrasonic waves generated by the transducer into the object being processed.

In order to transmit ultrasonic waves, the original frequency of the welding horn must match the transducer, the amplitude must be uniform, and the end face shape of the welding head must adapt to the shape of the workpiece to be welded.

Material of Ultrasonic Welding Horn: Titanium alloy, magnesium alloy, aluminum alloy, powder metallurgy steel.

Customized Ultrasonic Welding Horn

The design of ultrasonic special welding joints is not a simple shape design. Ensuring that the welding horn can effectively transmit the mechanical vibration converted by the transducer to the workpiece to form a continuous and stable welding effect requires a lot of professional knowledge and skills. Only through strict testing and quality control can a good welding horn be produced. By applying ultrasonic mold analysis software to simulate the actual state of the welding joint, our engineers combine the acoustic characteristics and mechanical characteristics of the welding joint to design the products that customers need.
